HELUKABEL’s TRAYCONTROL® product family is a versatile, highly flexible line of industrial control, power and instrumentation cables capable of being used in various applications and industries. Whether it is a 300 V or 600/1000 V application, the TRAYCONTROL® line has been designed to resist oil (Oil Res I/II), chemicals, and cleaning and disinfecting agents (ECOLAB). It is suitable to be installed in dry, humid and damp environments, outdoors and pipes. Additionally, they can be installed in the ground (direct burial rated) and for open, unprotected installation from the cable tray (TC-ER) to machines throughout industrial plants.

Strengths:
Flexibility – Conductors use Class K-stranded, bare and tinned copper for increased flexibility. This allows for a tighter bend radius during installation in small areas.
Identification – Conductors are numbered to allow for concise termination. Grounds are colored green-yellow.
Concentricity – Utilizing fillers and pressure-extruded jackets, cables are uniformly round to ensure a secure, sealed and water-tight fit when using cable glands.
Voltage Rating – Cables are rated for 300 V and 600/1000 V applications.
Temperature Rating: Depending on the application, cables can withstand conductor temperatures ranging from -40°C to +105°C.
Oil Resistance – Cables are tested to Oil Res I/II.
Exposed Run Installation – Cables are approved TC-ER, PLTC-ER and/or ITC-ER allowing them to be installed up to 6 feet outside of the tray.
